Ticketmaster – Social Content Formats

The objective for this project was to reposition Ticketmaster on social media from being seen as a “necessary evil” to becoming a trusted, human, and helpful partner in the live event experience. With this in mind I created a variety of social content formats that users of the brand can engage, share and overall educate it’s audience. In order to achieve this we set the follow project goals.
PROJECT GOALS:
Establish Areas for Brand Consistency: Identify and highlight areas of brand success on existing formats to further help ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Create & Develop Engaging Content Formats: Concept and design NEW platform-specific content formats to increase audience engagement and reach.
Implement a Streamlined Content Creation Process: Establish a
sustainable workflow for creating, reviewing, and publishing high-quality social media content.
Thumbnail System
New thumbnail format allows for consistent editorial headline treatments no matter how the video is formatted, as well as allows for highlighting the sport, or other needed sub-head to compliment the headline.
